She thought she was about to enter the big league when she was signed to Casablanca via Barry White's production company and released the "What Am I Gonna Do" album in 1974.
Barry's career was just taking off and he never got round to fulfilling his promise to Gloria, even recording a second album which has never seen the light of day.
